This is my second G15, the first being the 2020 model which I sold on as it was still in perfect condition after 2 years of daily use.The 2022 model with the 3070TI does not disappoint. The build quality and materials used are great to the feel and dont suffer from the fingerprint marks like the 2020 model did. The Keyboard is comfortable to use with heat being kept away from the WASD side when gaming and the Touch-pad is large, low friction glass and good for when not using a mouse.The display is the 240Mhz version with fantastic colour dept and blacks are nice and clean. With no noticeable IPS hugh when using in normal day to day or gaming.I dont really use mine off power on the battery but the couple of times I have. With some tweaks, has gotten 5+ hours. I am sure I can get more, but thats not really that important for me.Gaming. Well lets get this out of the way, it is loud. The fans have a different pitch than the 2020 model but feel just as loud. Again with some tweaks, mine runs at 71-74c while playing Cyberpunk 2077 on ultra detail. I'll get 50-70FPS so it is more than playable. With drops to 44-46 when driving though the city all at 1440p.All other games, it does with ease. PUBG gets 110-120 FPS on highest details at 1440P. MS flight sim 2020 is giving 60FPS steady at 200 ground detials and all full settings. All other games that I have played have not been an issue ether.Update: I am taking one star away due to the Mediatek WiFi card. It's is beyond bad and I can't game online or even browse websites with out a number of retries due to high packet loss. I have ordered a replacement in a intel AX210 which is less than 30£ so it's not a major issue. Just really annoying for a 2 grand laptop to have such a bad component. Everything else on the laptop is perfect

Premium quality product, you can swap to using the GPU completely. This is the 2022 version hence you will find it has a webcam and MUX switch.It is extremely lightweight, compared to my last gaming laptop.The only problem I have is that for gaming, the performance at 1440p is lacking and you can't really downscale the resolution without everything looking blurry. This can be fixed by connecting an external monitor - which you then lose portability for. This could also be because I haven't optimised the laptop yet, so I do expect to see improvements (there's tutorials out there).Overall, very pleased. I mainly bought this for mobile app development and to play a few games on the side when travelling.The battery life is also excellent - lasts several hours with an IDE, emulator and tabs open, provided you set it to use the integrated GPU when not in game.Keyboard is excellent. Trackpad was a bit strange to me but I got used to it because I was used to having discrete buttons.All in all, very premium product and it is on sale right now for £600 less than the usual price! It is still, after that, in my opinion still not great for value in terms of performance but you get solid portability and it doesn't stand out as a tacky gaming laptop.

Yes it has minor backlight bleed, yes the trackpad is slightly loose HOWEVER the laptop itself is amazing, built like a tank, weighs so light and much better IMO than th eLegion 7 build quality.The performance is top quality, on par with a 4070 however not £3000 so basically half the price.The battery is amazing easy getting 8 hours video playback and browsing.The speakers are very good for a windows laptop and using dolby atmos they sound great.The screen is really nice, colourful and is bright enough for a great experience. Mine has the usual top bezel light bleed due to the clamping force of the plastic frame however only notable on a completely black background,Playing Warzone 2.0 at 120FPS high quality at 1440p is amazing and DayZ on Extreme getting around 90-110 FPS.Yes its not the new gen chips however i cant justify the jump in price especially with how well this sexy laptop performs.Just buy it and ignore any haters :-)

Great laptop however wasn’t aware I was buying second hand. Came in a used box and the computer itself has black scuffs on the back. Makes a sizzling sound under the keyboard and screen randomly goes black sometimes.

This product does not correspond to the description, the description says that the screen is 240 Hz and in reality the screen is no more than 165 Hz. The keyboard buttons do not respond from the first press.
