There are apparently a lot of fake SD cards out there, so I thought I would stress test this card with a special piece of software that writes until the card is full and then checked for errors. I don't know if this is a 100% definitive test that the card is genuine, but it passed with no errors, so that is good enough for me. Despite the claims for this to be super extreme fast, it is not one of their fastest cards, but I am finding it adequate for 4k 50p on my new Canon V1. For those of you wanting an extra super fast card, check out the small number on the top RHS of the card. This one says v30, but the really extreme ones say v90, however, a hefty price jump comes with that extra speed. Personally, I am quite happy with what this card has to offer for the price I paid.

I have bought this product a few months ago now and have been using it with my Sony A7iii. I was new to using a camera at the time and wanted an SD card that would be easy to use, reliable and accessible. I must say this is the best budget friendly SD card you can find on the market. I’ve took over 1000+ photos with this card as well as a few videos and have had no problems with the files getting lost or corrupted. The download speed is very fast when transferring your photos onto your computer and even to your phone when using an SD Card Reader. The item also comes with a code that includes a 2 year offer for RescuePRO Deluxe, this is to recover any photos you accidentally deleted, and I have tested this out and can say it works. This brand is very trustworthy for expensive equipments like mirrorless cameras and would recommend it to everyone who is just a beginner using cameras! The storage sizes definitely depends on your usage of the SD Card. From my experience, 256GB is perfect for everyday use and you wouldn’t have to worry about deleting any files after a few months as this amount of size can last you a while.

Bought for my full frame camera as the large photo sizes it produces resulted in it been slow on continuous shooting mode with other slower cards. Primarily I was trying to take wildlife shots and I would only get about 6 with my old SD card before the camera buffered and started to slow, I'm now upto 20, which is more than I need in most cases It is easy to install in my camera. Very durable in all conditions and easy to connect to my laptop I now have 3 of these cards and have given my others away. Well worth the extra outlay. As they say buy cheep buy twice

I bought this SanDisk 1TB Extreme PRO card for my Canon EOS 2000D, and while it's way more card than my camera technically needs, I have zero regrets. It's been an absolute dream to use. This is a fast and reliable brand of memory, and my 4th time buying it. Not a fan of the new packaging from SanDisk, or the massive price increase in just 1 year due to tech companies building AI data centres. However, Amazon really has the best price you can find for it.

I wasn't looking for the latest high performance SD Card for stills on my Fujifilm GFX100S as I rarely take more than one short every 5 minutes, often a lot less. So I don't need blistering speed and this card is great value in this case. I've always found SanDisk to be very reliable.

Best sd card for holding your files and photos

I've never had problems with SanDisk SD cards, my only concern is their authenticity. I feel buying from Amazon is a better option.

Très bonne carte SD, rapide et fiable. Je l’utilise principalement pour la photo et la vidéo, et elle est reconnue sans problème par mon appareil photo comme par mon ordinateur. Les transferts sont rapides, surtout avec un bon lecteur de carte, et la capacité de 64 Go est suffisante pour une bonne quantité de photos ou quelques vidéos. Le débit annoncé jusqu’à 200 Mo/s est appréciable, même si la vitesse réelle dépend aussi du matériel utilisé. Dans l’ensemble, c’est une carte mémoire de qualité, idéale pour un appareil photo, une caméra ou un usage régulier. Bon rapport qualité/prix.
