I picked up the Ryobi ONE+ Multi-Tool to replace a cheap multi-tool I’d been using for a while, and the difference is amazing. The build quality feels much sturdier right out of the box, and it runs a lot smoother with noticeably less vibration. The variable speed control is great for dialling in the right power depending on the job — cutting chipboard, trimming door frames, or sanding down old frames. One of the biggest perks is that it’s part of the ONE+ system, so it runs on the same batteries as the rest of my Ryobi tools. Battery life has been solid. Blade changes are quick thanks to the tool-free system, and it’s compatible with a wide range of universal accessories. Overall: Excellent upgrade if you’re stepping up from a bargain-brand oscillating tool. Reliable, versatile, and well worth the money.

Picked this up to go with my other Ryobi ONE+ tools and it’s been really useful for odd jobs round the house. Great for cutting, sanding, scraping – basically the sort of tasks that need something small but powerful. The variable speed helps with control, and it’s not too loud either. It doesn’t come with a battery or charger, so make sure you’ve already got one. The tool itself feels sturdy, and the attachments are easy to swap once you figure out the quick-release system (took me a minute!). Ideal for DIYers or just keeping in the shed for when something needs a quick fix.

As a Ryobi fan, I was really excited to try this. I recently used it for cutting skirting boards while installing a floor-to-ceiling cabinet, and it handled the job perfectly. The power and precision were spot on, and I didn’t experience the clutch mechanism issues that some other reviewers mentioned. It seemed to work smoothly even under what i'd call quite a bit of pressure. That said, the blade change mechanism could definitely be improved upon, as it's not as versatile and easy as some other budget brands. With this, you're unscrewing bolts etc, which can be a bit fiddly and time-consuming. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s an area where Ryobi could make an improvement. The real standout feature for me, though, is the compatibility with their battery system. Being able to use the same battery across all my Ryobi tools is a game-changer. Overall I'd say this is worth purchasing if you need a good reliable multitool, especially if you're already invested in other Ryobi tools.

Great bit of kit , easy to use and simple to adjust the speed of the tool itself.

I rarely write reviews but whilst I am usually pleased with Ryobi this tool is very poor. I was sent a replacement when the first one stopped working after minimal use. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the second one much so was just outside the return window when I used it today and again after about half an hour of intermittent use it seems the motor appears to have given up. The light still works so there is power and I have changed to a fresh battery but the tool is dead. Just some basic plunge cutting of a wooden shed and not continuous as I was measuring etc in between so hardly testing it to any great degree but it suddenly stopped working. Having had 2 break so easily I'm not going to bother getting it repaired as it's clearly not up to the job so will try another model. I wish I'd read some other reviews which also talked of burning out on minimal use but having been happy with other Ryobi tools I just assumed it would be the same quality. Sadly not.

I have a few Ryobi tools now and can't fault them, I bought this to do a specific job which it did well, the sanding attachment came in handy and does a better job than my sander. I already had 3 batteries and 2 chargers so that wasn't a problem for me but if you haven't you need to add the extra cost or buy a complete package.

Item arrived in generic packaging. The tool, accessories and manual were placed in a generic cardboard box. The tool appears to be genuine ryobi. The description says it will ship in product packaging which it did not.

So far werks great

Très bon outil, polyvalent et efficace. Il permet de découper, poncer ou ajuster avec précision, même dans des zones difficiles d’accès.
