Fit in my shoes/boots with no problem. Very close to custom orthotics I had used for years that now cost thousands of dollars. Because I've worn orthotics for years I had less of a break-in period than recommended. Highly recommend

Needed to replace my current orthotics as they were at least 5 years old. These are easy to slip into my shoes and are very comfortable.

I have a high arch and wanted support. This item doesn’t do it for me. That said, I can see this would be great for low arch.

Too Flat, No arch support UNDER the arch, only inside edge of arch has support. Didn't work for my seriously flat feet with right plantar fascitis. Returned.Aside from very expensive ($250-500) prescription orthotics, I found this alternate one to work ok/better: Natural Foot 3/4 Stabilizer Insoles | Podiatrist-Designed Inserts | Improve Balance, Plantar Fasciitis, Heel Spurs, & Foot Pain Relief | Semi-Rigid High Arch Support | Original.I need the highest/most support, so Original works best. If you have not used orthotics before, you will need to adjust/break in your feet by using slowly for increasing times over days-weeks.

Was hoping for more arch but they are sturdy and help. They're in the garden shoes.

Loved everything about these orthotics … so much so that I ordered 2 more pair as backups !!!

My podiatrist said arch supports should be firm but these are so hard they are very uncomfortable.

I was able to avoid custom orthotics which would have cost $550. They seem like they will be durable.
