Perfect H&P Plus (Larger Font - Medical History and Physical Template Notebook)

This notebook is so handy and has great organization and inclusion of what needs to be captured during an H&P, but I would agree with another review that says it's just too many pages per patient. My only issue with Perfect H&P Plus is that you have to flip through pages to get to the section where you want to write your personal notes; for the Physical Exam section, there's one whole page with a checklist of normal PE findings but only one itty-bitty box on the same page to write personal notes on "abnormal" findings or anything out of the ordinary (you have to flip to the next page for more space and sometimes that's just too much fumbling around for me). Otherwise, I love the size of the text, the organization, the price, and everything else about this notebook!

I used this for my emergency medicine rotation and it helped me to organize my info for presentations and reminded me to ask about certain ROS or PE findings that I may not have on my own. Would definitely purchase again, just wish there were more pages.

I believe this is much better. Has more space and bigger print, my suggestion would be the ROS and the Physical Exam don't need to be a page each. Fast shipping but my book is scratched on the outside the pages inside were intact, I will probably be ordering more. Still believe us overpriced.

I already owned the original perfect H&P but tried this version on my last rotation. found that I wasn't fumbling as much on rounds to look for information and loved having more space especially for my assessment and plan. regardless of which version, it's great to have the h&ps collected whenever I need to reference back to something on rounds throughout the week. got great feedback and my attending and resident were impressed by my organization with presentations. true that this book has fewer templates, but I think it's a good trade off for space if you're someone who writes a lot--can also add to it after you talk about the plan. would definitely recommend it!

This notebook is great but compared to the one with the regular or smaller print, it has less pages for multiple patients. The regular notebook would last me over a month whereas this one barely lasted 2 weeks.

Compared to the previous version of Perfect H&P, the new Plus version has larger font and more space to scribble. The caveat is that you have less pages per patient, which seemed like an obvious point but didn't really occur to me until I had started using it. Personally, I would go back to the original version of the Perfect H&P notebook. Otherwise, a great product.

When I first started clinicals I decided to buy this book that way it will guide me to make sure I’m asking the correct questions. I think it’s a great book when you start off clinicals that way you don’t miss anything.

Lots of space for writing. Really like it but there are not enough pages.
