Useful for beginners!
They are a bit too thin for my liking, although they can be used on both sides, and are really useful for practicing as a beginner! Stencil application also does not work at all... and the ink is super hard to wipe, in fact, everything started getting super smudgy and I couldnt remove it for the life of me! I tried my usual green soap, then just hand soap, and then acetone... and the ink would not budge! They arrived super quickly tho, and came individually packaged (which is nice for keeping things sterilised).

Hard to clean
This skin is a bit thicker than others I've used. It's really nice to put ink in to, but I can't get it clean! I've used alcohol, soap, I've scrubbed it under hot water but it just stains and I can't clean it. Therefore it's a night are for shading as I can't see what's stuck because it's in, and what's just sticking to the surface.The pic shows other skins I've used on the left and these on the right.

Great practice skins.
I am very new to tattooing and so am practicing a lot at the moment. These skins really help with my practice, although not the real thing they do help newbies like me keep practicing more and more.I have used transfer paper on these and they took the image well and also take the ink a bit better than some others I have used in the past.Anyone practicing then these are a must in my opinion.At the time of this review £24.99 for 20 I feel is a little steep but if you could get on sale maybe £20 mark would be perfect 👍

Great addition to a tattoo starter kit and no more expensive than A5 canvass art boards
I have a very arty teenage daughter and she always looking at new ways to express herself and has touched on tattoos. So, I have got her a starter kit with all the bits and pieces she need to get going but it only came with one faux skin piece to practice on.This does say it’s a pack of 10, which is a bit misleading, since there are only 5 individually sealed pieces. However, they are double-sided (5 X 2), which is where the 10 sheets comes from. The colour is ok but then everyone comes in a different colour anyway.They are a decent enough size for her to practice on, she should be able to get two reasonably sized tattoos on each side, and certainly enough for her to decide if she likes doing it.One challenge she is going to face is getting them to stay in place while practicing but then again skin does move, but this is more about moving around on a surface. I’m sure she could find something to hold the corners in place if needed.The texture does feel quite realistic, if not a little weird, and it’s not like she can practice on one of us or anyone for that matter at this point. So it is a great way for her to practice and it does work out slightly cheaper than say her A5 canvass boards.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. Good For Newbies!
Very happy with this fake skin for tattooing, as I like to pratice and learn before even attempting the real thing.Good value for money.
