I have not been a console gamer, so I'm adjusting to some games that really need controllers to interface with on my PC - this has been a good controller, though it has had a few issues. My computer does not seem to want to use it wirelessly, despite the provided options. I have gotten it to work occasionally, but typically need to be wired-in to play. This isn't a big deal for me, but given the intent is to be wireless, I removed a star because it does not reliably deliver on that promise. Overall, though, I'm very pleased with it, and have been using it for several months (maybe almost a year at this point?).

My old controller's joystick drift finally drove me into buying this. And I'm glad I did! This was a long overdue upgrade considering my old one was from the Xbox 360!Here's my notes about this new controller:1. I got the splatter color, and it's so cute! I love it!2. The joysticks have little gripper bumps which I never knew I needed! They've made it a lot easier to use the joysticks. I should have bought grippers a decade ago!3. There's also striped grippers on the sides, which I appreciate. Makes it much easier to hold, and means the controller won't fall out of your hands if you're hands get sweaty, unlike my old controller.4. I feel like it's definitely a lot faster response time than the old controller! Most of my time with this one has been playing a Spider-man game and I was surprised at how quickly I could swing and dodge in that game. There were likely many times where I'd have been killed if I still had my old controller's response time.5. The casing parts that aren't grippy are smooth and comfortable to the touch. Almost the tiniest bit soft feeling, even. It's very nice and feels much better to hold than what I had before.6. Connects easily. You kinda just plug the receiver in, let Windows detect it (probably the same on Mac?), then press the controller's middle button, and you're good to go!7. You can adjust the vibration levels, which is very nice. I'm autistic, and intense vibrations feel weird on my hands sometimes. So, having the ability to turn the vibration lower has really helped me feel more comfortable playing games that have lots of vibrations. You can even turn vibration off entirely!8. Steam, Xbox Play Pass (PC), and Itch.io launchers all automatically treated this controller as an Xbox controller. I didn't have to change any settings or controls, which was a relief as I have lots of games and didn't want to have to mess around in settings or JoytoKey all day.9. For a controller that works like this one has so far, I'd say the price is pretty fair. I was initially hesitant, but when compared to the competition, this seemed to have good ratings and a somewhat cheaper price. So I took the leap, and was pleasantly surprised by how well this controller preforms.If I had the money to spare, I'd be tempted buy a second one of another color so that I could play 2-player games with friends and family.And finally, 10. THE ONLY CON I'VE NOTICED: It doesn't warn you when the battery is about to die, and it's hard to tell when it's full. So uh, if you're about to go into a boss fight, you might wanna make sure it's fully charged. The good news is that if it dies, you can use a USB to USB-C or a USB-C to USB-C cord to plug it directly into your computer, and then you can keep playing corded til you get a chance to charge it!

I'm a controller snob and this one fits the bill for affordable controller. It has a nice feel tiny bit light compared to the older model. Has a nice button feel and tactile feel to the surfaces. Initially the buttons were a little stiff but after some gameplay they're perfect. Stays connected with a strong connection. Ya get what you pay for in the controller world. But this is a very good choice for somebody that doesn't have the kind of money for specialized high dollar controller.

I finally caved and decided to play games on my laptop. We collect various game systems and I can never get my hands on a single one on the occasion I want to game because my kids hog them. Using mice or keyboards is great for some gameplay, but it not meant for all. Found this gem on Amazon and decided to give it a go. Definitely worth it! No lag on response when playing games (Steam, EA, XBox, etc) and buttons are roughly where they belong (which everyone knows going from Xbox to PS to Switch and etc controls is confusing enough lol). The only complaint is I wish this was Bluetooth capable OR that the USB box that's meant to be plugged in to play was smaller. My MSI laptop only has USB c and like one USB port (til I plug in extenders) and the box for it to connect to my ports hangs off a LOT and it seems kinda flimsily built. It could easily break off and I foresee that happening when/if my laptop gets bumped "just right" by either my dogs nudging it or jostling me around or my kids bumping me or something. Other than that, this is a super nice controller and was well worth the money! As stated button's are in a nice layout- similar to an Xbox controller. The battery charges fast and retains that charge for several shorter gameplay sessions (or even several hours of straight play) and the response during gameplay is exactly what it should be with no lag. I also *love* the paint splatter look!*EDIT: I am changing my review to 1 star. This remote didn't even last 6 mos. It now has some kind of issue where it won't connect to my laptop anymore; even with a USB C cord (and I've tried several that I know work). It will power on, connect to my laptop, then power off within 1 1/2-2 minutes. You get what you pay for, folks! Just went and replaced this controller tonight after it broke with a brand new XBox XS controller that was on sale that DOES function wirelessly (no more cord or ridiculously elongated dongle that would break off in your usb). Crying shame cuz this was a great controller (hand hold comfort was perfect for my hand size/grip) minus its glaring issues...

This remote works very well is very accurate and stay charged for as long as it says so far I love it the grip is great and I love that I don’t have to have a cord running from my Xbox to the remote over all this product is great

The adapter is flimsy as if it's broken and only works sometimes. But control is very cute. When it does work it works well but it doesn't always connect and I've had it less than a week

I loved the comfort of the controller and the simplicity of it.

USB receiver only works if I hold my finger over the blue led. The second I take my finger away, the controller disconnects and gets stuck in pairing mode. Tried putting tape over the led, but it only reacts to being touched.The controller itself is nice, and works just fine when plugged in with the charging cable, which is why I'm not bothering to return it. However, I paid for a wireless controller, and it does not function as advertised.
