E39 Cup Holder, M5 Drink Holder for BMW 525i 528i 530i 540i Front Dual Cupholder

I bought this for my 550i bmw wagon it was a perfect fit exactly what I needed. Zero complaints it looks and feels OEM

I initially purschased an item similar to this one and it arrived poorly package and scratched. I returned that item and decided to spend a few extra bucks and purchase this item. This item was exactly as described and the fit and finish really matches the black plastic in the car. The 3M sticky tape has been working just fine and that type of tape will not leave marks on the underlying plastic surface. As much as I like the concept of fold away cup holders, the original cup holders are not up to the challenge. BMW did a poor job for the E39 cup holders and they charge dearly for the replacement which continues to lack the ability to perform the task. A big finger salute to BMW for not rectifying the issue and making me find another way to carry a reasonably size beverage. If you are looking for a cup holder for your E39, buy this one. I own an E39 530 and M5, I tested this item in my 530 (daily driver) and really have been happy with its function. I initially replaced the 530 cup holder with a replacement fold away but it broke just after a years use I decided for a compromised design from stock; the exposed cup holder design. I honestly don’t mind seeing the visible cup holders, which was my biggest concern. Therefore, I just purchased a second one to replace my broken folding cup holders in my E39 M5.

This fit perfectly in the space in front of my useless BMW cupholders and works really well. It actually keeps beverages stable in the car, and it's also a great place to stow my keys while I am driving. Highly recommend!

Great cup holder. So much better than the original BMW issue which is costly and always breaks. A great idea, design and makes living with my 5 series lots more fun.

Cup holder is a great idea for a line of BMW cars that simply blew the interior design as it relates to cup/drink holders. Just wish it could have been a little deeper and a little wider. A note for whoever designed this product; how about making it just a little bigger and please get started on inventing something as great for the back of the car.

Nice quality and perfect fit. I bought it for my wife's wagon and she was very happy with the fit & finish. I cleaned the base where it sits with rubbing alcohol, so the double sided tape would stick.

This is an amazing fix to the original flimsy claw like cup holder the bmws came with. Install was incredibly simple and it has help up extremely well. I highly recommend this holder!

Definately better than the original cup holders, If you're driving by yourself and only need to hold one drink, it's fine. for example though. When my fiance and I get starbucks in the morning, if we both have venti cold drinks, the tops of the cups are pressed up against eachother and the left cup (which has a slightly larger cup hole) almost dumps all over me whenever I turn right or accelerate.Not to mention that it blocks my gps nav and a/c controls whenever we have drinks in the car, but I mean so did the originals, can't really help that. Installs easy, fits pretty snug, added adhesive is nice!
