I have always liked the Barlean products especially the flax seed oil. The liquid is probably a little better for women but it’s so convenient to take the pills. I take one with every meal. I believe it is really good for your skin, hair and your heart health. Also for inflammation. Been taking the pills for years and have gotten a lot of compliments on my skin and I’m 70 years old. Would recommend this for everyone women.

This is a well made brand of supplements. This is so nice for daily use for inflamation. Start with one a day. Then in a month or so begin two. Nice for body aches.

I love the product. I started to take it when I entered menopause and noticed my skin was getting so dry. It's been very helpful.

The entire bottle of capsules is unusable because all of the capsules have melted together in one giant mass inside the bottle. There is no way to separate the capsules or remove them from the bottlem without breaking them open. The seller has a “no return” policy so I am stuck paying for a defective product. I will be complaining to Amazon and asking my credit card company to reverse the charge.
