Better Vision
Flaxseed oil supposedly helps with vision. At age 84, I can still see well. I cannot prove that flaxseed oil is part of the reason. However, it has not hurt.

My mom’s been taking these as long as I can remember , it’s the number one vitamin she has always taken and she’s 79 and moves and looks like she’s in her 50s. So I now take them.
