Q: Are the inserts in these removable so you could use an orthotic?

I did remove the insole but it is glue in and does not come out very easy or well but I did put my insert in and they are very comfortable now.

Q: Does the icing/vintage white/seaweed also come with green shoelaces?

Yes—my pair was ordered on Amazon, fulfilled by Zappos and they arrived with hunter green matching shoelaces!

Q: Is night Color navy or black?

I didn't get the navy or the black. I bought the white/white. As you scroll over the different colors, it should tell you what the color is. I would assume the night would be black.
