Works as it should good value
So far so good. Ran my Christmas lights so I have 3 or 4 months on it and still performing like a champ.

Just right for keeping the battery drain manageable on my third car
I Use it with a Battery Tending device that prevents sulfating and has a 2-300watt solar connection terminal, whereI tie the Rextin in. Keeps the battery up, with no worry about overcharging

Cheap and works great
Works great powering my diesel heater in my shed.

Works great. No fan noise.
Works great. This model doesn't have a fan because of the low wattage. That's what I was looking for

Damaged but quickly replaced
I ordered two power units. They both came very quickly, but the two units, which were boxed individually with no packing material, were loose in a much bigger box with no packing material. The tops of both units were seriously caved in to the extent that I did not feel it was safe to test them to see if they worked. I do not believe this happened during their shipment to me because the boxes were not damaged. I returned them the same day using Kohls return service. Replacement was very prompt and the new, undamaged power supplies were in my hands two days later. These had plastic pillow packing material in the external box. My only objection to the product itself is fan noise, which is an issue with every similar inexpensive 400W power supply I have used. These are inexpensive units and my only expectation was that they arrive intact and produce the power advertised. The ones I received intact met those expectations. They work for my purpose, but are simply not a high end product.

which I think is a nice feature. There is text stamped on the housing ...
I purchased this to replace the power supply in a Sainsmart Anet A8 3D printer (note this power supply has different bolt hole spacing than the anet A8 power supply. I needed to drill holes in the 3D printer frame to make it fit). The cooling fan is always running, but is not always running full speed - it speeds up as load increases, which I think is a nice feature. There is text stamped on the housing saying it changes speed according to working temperature. After a continuous 8 hours of runtime, under a low to moderate load, the housing was still cool to the touch. I measure 12.0VDC when I checked the output with a meter. As the ad says, it does not come with a cable or with a power switch - It turns on as soon as it is plugged in. Mounting holes are an M3 thread.

Dead on Arrival
Looked ok, it arrived in one piece (although it did seem to have had some protective film already ripped off). I connected an AC power cord to the live/neutral/ground terminals however and there was no voltage on V+, V- relative to each other or ground. The fan also did not spin up, and the green LED did not come on. I verified the voltage selector switch was in the correct position as well.

Operating temperature is important. Needs better mounting too.
For anyone planning on using this in cold weather. I tried to use this outside in Ottawa in order to power my 12V Christmas lights inside a dry box. As stated, the minimum operating temperature is 0C and they aren't kidding. lol Every time it got around -5C, it wouldn't power on. So I used a heat gun to warm it up, presto. So yeah, it works well within its temperature limits. I was able to relocate this indoors to solve the problem.I wish it had a mounting bracket or something. I was able to McGyver an L bracket using the proper thread screws, but it would be nice if it was included so that someone could mount this on a wall/panel.

Not sure what to say.
Product lasted 2 hours. Not sure if it was my fault or the fault of the unit. The light bar was fused and the fuse blew but shortly after the transfer failed and would not supply any dc power.

Destroyed 3 Led LIghts
Received the product in a couple of days - great shipping and decent price.Wired it up to a household cord, powered up fine.Tested the output and adjusted to 12.5 Volts - everything looked fine - voltage stable.Hooked up an LED light - didn't work.Figured maybe the light was bad so hooked up a second - also didn't work.Got suspicious.Rechecked the output voltage - 12.5 steady. Grabbed a 3rd Led light - tried if first on a deep cycle battery - working just fine. Connected it to the supply - nothing. Put it back on the deep cycle battery - nothing - fried.Hooked up a regular automotive incandescent (trailer light assembly) to the unit, working just fine.I wasn't going to risk a 4th LED so returned the item. Amazon was great about taking it back, threw me some extra bucks to cover my toasted LED's, but super disappointed with one of the "more expensive" power supplies (compared to the competitors versions on Amazon).I will replace it with a different brand (they all look identical save the name on the sticker)
