I ordered this 7 color 48-smd scanning. Led light. The first one I received melfumctioned and LED's went out. I informed the seller and they replaced it with a 2nd set. After waiting 4 weeks for it to arrive. It was installed and within 1 week it stopped working correctly also. In the discription it states they are water reisatant. As you can see by the photos. The lights now have rust and not 1 single color is the same. Some lights work some dont. And the seller states they can will not do exchange or return another one. My suggestion is do not get this from this seller. They are bad on their warrenties and or refunds.

This thing is cool. It brings out your inner geek. Easy to install. Just do not toss the box it comes in cause it has your wiring instructions. Also, be careful if you live in the United States because the alternating Blue, red flashy will get you a big ticket cause it could make you look like an emergency vehicle and that is highly illegal. it could potentially become hazardous for other drivers. full demo is available on youtube. It is definitely worth the price. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wsdY6frJIoQ 3 stars because the quality of the electronics are subpar and quality control is non existent. mine failed after 20 minutes. <<UPDATE:>> I got the second unit. again, verified all connections, has good ground, fuse is good, voltage is holding at 13.8 as it should be. second unit did the exact thing with very slightly different results. Failed after about 5 minutes this time. now this one comes on for a split second then resets itself keeps doing this every 2 seconds. i powered the unit off with the remote so its off. turn signals work fine. flawlessly on both units. if my wiring were messed up, the turn signals would not function. My friend has one of these also, his does the exact same thing and he had his professionally installed. I guess you get what you pay for.

Really great product. Makes your car outstanding from others. I months with mine so far and still works after heavy rain.UPDATE:So the first on lasted me a good 8 moths before it started rusting from the inside and the light malfunctioning. I ordered a second one in January and it lasted about 3 months before the lights started to malfunction. The red isn't red anymore its pink and every other color shows to bulbs with another color so it looks ugly. I am now going to buy from another seller to see if the quality is better. It's only good for a few months.

I had previously left positive reviews but after having this for 2 weeks as you can see in the picture three of the LED lights are different colors now and it took 30 days to receive this in the mail and for some crazy reason they come on by themselves I took the batteries out of the remote thinking it was that and it is not I come back to my car and the lights are on by themselves total garbage never again!

The media could not be loaded.  I have had the product for about five months and haven't had any issues. Ive also driven it in the rain. I do not leave it going all of the time. It requires very little power. The longest ive left it on is 10hrs but it's on a desiel.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this. But I wish it didn't randomly come on. I think it is activated by outside signal. Besides that the remote works great. You just have to play with it and learn the function of each button. It's sure to turn heads toward your car.

muy buena iluminación y funcionan a bastante distancia del control remoto.. las luces de policía son espectaculares.. lo compre por el Knight rider y me gustaron mas las de patrulla . aparte de otras muchas mas novedades... muy buen producto..

Does not bend, better off going into the grill if at all. Is the right dimensions to fit the mail slot on the car but definitely would not recommend.Tested the unit before installing and outer most LEDs did not light. Didn't mind it since it was in the corners but then went to curve it to the same shape as the plastic insert and at not even 2 degrees of bend it snapped.

No instructions to start with. The light may have worked at one point. But not on delivery. Poorly packaged and obviously got very beat up. Can't give a good rating. Will be returning.
