This is a great magnesium supplement
I’ve been really happy with this magnesium glycinate supplement! The capsules are easy to take and it’s a great addition to my daily routine. It Works!
Great source of magnesium. I use them mostly for sleeping and my restless leg syndrome. I notice when I skip them that I tend to experience my symptoms. Be sure to keep up on your water intake when supplementing!
