No bitter after taste
I was impressed by how similar is to sugar when cooking and that it doesn’t leave the bitter taste that other sweeteners have. Will definitely buy again.

Not tasty or sweet at all. And sucralose!! 🥴
The Allulose has sucralose in it - yuck! It tastes Splenda-like … and Splenda tastes better. Needless to say I am not a fan of sucralose not of this product. And it had a weird aftertaste. It’s super powdery tho. The monk fruit was ok but is not that sweet, especially compared to the most popular seller on Amazon which is wayyy sweeter and is actually more sugar granular-like. If you do buy, just know to cut the bag very close to the zip or it won’t open. Sad waste of $$ but teaches me to buy something with low # of reviews with majority of them 5 stars. 🤣

SYNTHETIC!! With gut destroyer, synthetic Sucralose! Yuck!
Like this product defeats the entire purpose of itself. Touting being non-Gmo yet with the loop hole of adding something way worse, a synthetic gut destroying (among other illnesses) SYNTHETIC SWEETENER, Sucralose in this sweetener. This entire bag might as well go in the trash. It’s a contradiction of itself. No one who is seeking a natural low glycemic sweetener that is non-Gmo will want a horrible synthetic sweetener mixed in with it. Two totally different clienteles.

Has sucralose?
I was very disappointed with the fact that one of the bags of allulose has sucralose. The other one has allulose and monk fruit. I didn't see it had sucralose in it or I wouldn't have bought it:( if you're looking for just allulose or a natural blend there's a lot more out there. I won't be buying again
