Does it work with PS5/PS4?

Yes, you can plug the adapter to PS5/PS4 console in wireless mode or plug the 3.5 mm audio cable into PS5/PS4 controller.

Is the headband removable?

Yes, you can remove the headband by pulling in order to wash it. Make sure it's completely dry before placing it back on!

My headset isn't recognized by my computer/console, how do I fix it?

Ensure the KLIM Panther isn't connected to the USB transmitter if you want to pair it with your Switch, phone, laptop, TV or tablet via Bluetooth. To use the headset with the USB wireless transmitter, check it's not connected via Bluetooth.
