The Nami is our refreshed take on a classic diver design. Compared to the rest of the diver line, it stands alone stylistically: We've opted for longer, rectangular hour markers and a straightforward set of pencil hands. The chapter ring is numbered in lieu of hash marks. And instead of using a sloped bezel like the Mako and Ray, the Nami employs a flat bezel. The interesting thing about the glossy transparent aspect of the bezel insert is that it's also slightly transparent, which allows it to really glow in natural light. The Nami's 46mm case is also noteworthy for a number of reasons. "Nami" is the Japanese word for "wave", and it's only fitting that the case supports 200m of water resistance (which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and surfing). Like last seasons' M-Force Bravo, the Nami does not feature crown guards, which paves the way for an even cleaner design. Now, the lugs are a completely different story. They're sloped and heavily angled, with each surface alternating in brushed and polished metals. The lugs are sloped at a steeper angle for a reason: although the watch is relatively large, the combination of a sloped lug and fitted strap provides additional comfort and a more natural look on the wrist.

Nice, but BIG!
Nice watch, big though, looks big even on my 8" wrist. This watch would have been more appealing at 44mm instead of the 46mm it is.Took it almost immediately off the stock rubber strap, that isn't too bad. Put it on a Di Modell waterproof leather strap and now it's even sharper looking and more comfortable as well.8/22/2017 Update. Changed the rating from 4 stars to 5, watch is big, yes, but the more I wear it, the more I love it, and I own about 30 different watches Logines, Rolex, Breitling, Tag Oris and Sinn. The watch is running at about +4 seconds a day, outstanding. The only improvement to this watch would be a sapphire crystal and a little smaller case size, 44mm would have been perfect.

Good watch for the price, just a bit large.
This is an excellent watch, however at 46 mm in diameter it is a bit large. The movement is great for an in house movement, with both hacking and hand winding.I really like the Blue sunburst dial. The silicone band is very comfortable. The watch wears slightly smaller than it is doe to steeply sloped lugs.Dimensions are as follows:Diameter (Not counting Crown): 46 mmLug width (Band Size): 24 mmLug to Lug: 51 mmUnfortunately I had to return this watch, as the first one was damaged and by the time I received the replacement i had decided that the watch was to large for my tastes. Also Nato straps look ugly on this watch due to the steep lug slope.

like a silk glove
The blue dial is magnificient, really. Even though the watch is big in numbers it sits gloriously on my wrist, like a silk glove. I replaced the silicone strap with a blue leather one with ivory colored stitching and now it looks utterly amazing. The in house built movement keeps time like Seiko NH35A. Good lume, lasts all night. Another winner :-)

Very satisfied
Bought this watch after seeing it on maverick watch reviews I must say it is a beautiful Watch and a good addition to my collection made of good materials and keeps good time I heard a lot of people like theWatch but not so much the size at 46mn but it doesn't brother me one bit. I contemplated buying this watch because I had just bought an srp777 but I'm glad I did for the price of 169.00 right after that it shot up to 239.00 but tell you the truth I would have bought it for 239.00 also I like it that much so if your thinking about it go ahead and grab it and dont think about you will be happy you did ☺✌🏼

Great looking watch
Great looking watch, just the right size. Description says 46mm, but it real life doesn't look enormous, just right. Keeps really good time. Luminosity of the hands and hour markers last really long time, and stay bright. The silicone band is soft and comfortable. I did change mine with silicone band with deployment buckle, just because I like the easy taking off and putting on function.I would highly recommend this watch, the pictures don't do it justice.

Not an accurate picture of the bezel...
Really nice watch. Pleasantly surprised with the quality. The movement in the bezel is top notch and the second hand movement is spot on. The crown feels solid and winds nicely. From a design standpoint I wish they wouldn't have used yellow for the 200m denotation on the face. Just not my personal preference for a color scheme.Which brings me to the main reason for taking away two stars. A huge, huge peev of mine when you are shopping for things online is when the pictures are inaccurate. That is one of the most pivotal aspects of knowing what you are buying when you can't see it in person. The picture for this watch clearly shows a black bezel with a blue face and the watch I received was a blue bezel with a blue face. I understand to some people this might not be a big deal but to someone who is extremely detail oriented it's very frustrating. I'm now at a crossroads of having to decide to just accept it or return it because it's not what I thought I was buying. Nor is it the color scheme I wanted. Which basically waists everyone's time. Not to mention the suppliers and deliverers money having to ship and bring the watch to and from. It's a very easy solution. Post the correct pictures for what you're selling. Anyways, other than that I would say it's a great watch. Was trying to post a photo but there doesn't seem to be an option to do it. I apologize for that. Hope this helps someone.

Good quality, great value
Very nice timepiece. Stylish and comfortable. I have an 8 inch wrist and it fits very comfortably. Just the right size. Overall great value and good quality.

Excellent diver watch for the money!
I just spent four days in the Florida keys diving with this watch. The watch has very good lume, excellent legibility under water, and runs about -5 seconds a day. It also looks really good (and less bulky) with a navy blue NATO strap.

Great watch! About + 4secs fast a day.Great price compared to other sites including Orient +++. Fast delivery+++. Lots of wrist presence! The integrated strap helps with the fit and look even on my small wrist. Hopefully Orient will offer some other options for the strap as only an after market NATO is the only option to date. That said the rubber strap is very comfortable but another holder for the tail of the strap would help comfort and look but not a deal break.
