The media could not be loaded.  I've been eyeballing powered scooters for over a year now and after I saw this one included 2 batteries I jumped on it. The price is absolutely amazing to say the least. I absolutely can't be happier with this purchase. Riding it pretty extensively for the past week has proven a few things and for the most part everything is positive. After riding for a bit you start feeling more secure on it for sure, at first it's a bit unusual but that gets way better with time. Yesterday, I hit a very steep hill and got it all the way up to 26mph but that same hill proved to be just a bit much for my big bone structure, I ended up kicking to aid the motor and it was still very easy. The distance is right on par with the estimated 22 miles per battery, I got about 14 miles yesterday and still had about half the battery remaining. The brakes might end up taking a bit of adjustment but what bike brakes don't?The only negative I've found so far and it could be seen as a positive if you choose is that everyone and their grandma wants to stop you to talk about it.

Got the product on time. build quality looks good but lacks power/speed and climbing angle. It would go max 15 mph and maybe 5 mph on a slope (i'm just 185 lbs). Cruise control is really nice. Suspension and 10" wheels are really good and the handles are soft as well. Two batteries makes it worth the money. Is there a way to access its firmware lol and increase the speed?

Love that I can switch batteries and charge the other one while I use one. I can travel up to 40 miles in range with both batteries.

I have owned other scooters, but this is the best design and quality I have ever owned. Also, a great value!

The detachable battery is a life saver! The only downside is that the speed is only 15 MPH for a 200lbs rider.

This is my very first motorized scooter so I cannot make any direct comparisons with other scooters. However, so far I am impressed with this product. Two long lasting batteries allow a long-term using. It is also easy to replace battery. The mossssssssst important thing is that it saves my gasoline bills when my working place is not very far away from my apartment

I was very disappointed when it arrived with a broken throttle switch and I could not ride it. Waiting on ups to pick it up so I can get my refund.
