Pathetic quality, horrible AFTER SALES SERVICE
I used this product for 4 weeks (right after the return window closed) coincidently the chair started showing cracks in the rocker and seat. I reached out to the seller and the seller ghosted my response, and upon escalating it with Amazon's Large Furniture Dept. I finally got a response in which they tackled their poor quality product by saying it had gone over the return window. Where I asked for a replacement.
