Rakhat Kazakhstan Chocolate Bar, 3.5 OZ

The chocolate fell short of expectations, displaying a lack of freshness and an irregular, misshapen appearance as if it had melted and reset. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be presented as intended. With a no-return, no-refund policy in place, options for resolution are limited. My advice: consider other options before making a purchase

The flavor is nice, this is good chocolate but for this money even for 3 bars for $34 it's way above what I'd pay for this kind of chocolate. Doesn't taste as good as the price might fool you to think

Im a big fan of Maison du Chocolat in NYC. I remember my first time there I asked the woman what makes French chocolate better. She pulled her reading glasses down to the edge of her nose and looked up at me. Then after a brief pause and eye roll she said disdainfully "ze butair...ze butair iz not pasteurized". I'm not sure if that is the case here but all I can say is Kazakh chocolate is unlike any I've had. Even the 70% is super rich and textural. I have yet to make a souffle or cook with it but I'm sure it would be an excellent ingredient to elevate any recipe
