Great chair. Only problem I have is I need a softer seat. Small pillow does wonders.

I wouldn't purchase from this seller again.
Chair arrived with broken plastic pieces which did not bother me too much or I would have asked for a replacement. The overall comfort of the chair is moderate. I have to sit in a very specific position in this chair otherwise it leads to back or butt pain. When sitting with the leg rest out it feels very awkward and again starts to hurt my back with or without the lumbar. The chair doesn't recline far enough back to lay back and just watch something, reclining the chair seems to again cause back pain. This would have received a 3 start rating from me but here's why it's getting a 2... When I first found this char it was priced somewhere around $600 dollars and was on sale at the time for $250, I thought I was getting a killer deal. Very shortly after the sale was done the overall price of the chair dropped dramatically, I believe lower than $300 but don't quote me on that. In 4 months the chair has dropped to $199. If there's anyway to make you feel like you got the short end of the stick, this is one hell of a way.TLDR: Chair is not as comfortable as I expected and I got ripped off in terms of pricing due to my stupidity and poor business practices. This chair reminds me of the stunt Paradox Interactive pulled with Pillars of Eternity and City Skylines.

Not bad, but shipping/quality control could be improved.
This is a decent chair, and it's worth the money. However, it was missing 4 screws, and was partially cracked/broken when received. I took plenty of pictures, and when I have the time, I'll add them. The section on the right side hinge cover was broken, due to the minimal packing material. Essentially, the whole package was nothing but the parts, and the way they were jostled during shipping probably resulted in the crack/broken part.Missing 3 of the bolts necessary for the arm rests, and one for the holding of the top portion on the hinge cover. Was still able to put it all together, and it works well enough for a decent rating. The issue with the broken piece, and missing bolts wasn't enough to hinder the usefulness.TL/DR although a small piece was broken, and a few bolts missing, still a great chair.

I bought this chair for my son in law who weighs approximately 275 pounds. This chair began to lean to the side at one month. At 3 months it was completely broken! It is cheaply made and will not work for someone up to 330 pounds as stated.
