WOW! Just….WOW!
I have always been an Imagine Dragons fan but didn’t have any of their CD’s. We were lucky enough to go to one of their concerts recently and I purchased this after. To say that I listen to it on repeat would be an understatement. I am in love with this CD and the great songs. I’m thinking it is one of those CD’s you would like to have if you were trapped on a deserted island.

Imagine Dragons 3rd album on vinyl
I am relieved that the vinyl is pretty good. I come to accept that vinyl pressed in the US will have hiss. While not major, this release also presents that hissing noice. Still enjoyable. Too bad the release does not come with digital download. The band continues their success with their third album. To me, this album fits closer to their debut album, Night Visions, which is a good thing in my book because it took me a few listenings to like their second album, Smoke & Mirror. The vinyl comes in a double gatefold sleeve with lyrics. And only comes in one vinyl. It’s black vinyl but I am good with that. Sometimes the fancy colored one actually pressed worse than the regular black ones. The groups is bigger than ever now. Trying to get their concert ticket in Houston for their August concert and it’s sold out already. The lawn seat is offered for $100 a piece. I went to see their Night Visons concert at the same venue for $30. Sol I guess I’ll skip this concert and make sure to get their ticket early next time they go in concert for their next album.

Great cd for kids
My kids have a cd player in their room and this is their favorite cd . They listen to it on repeat and it’s so comforting that it’s kid friendly lyrics . Great buy!

Good album. Some very catchy songs
Good album. Some very catchy songs. My top pick is Whatever It Takes. Thunder and Believer of course are good. The album would have made 5 stars in my view if they had one less electronic pop song and brought out an aggressive rock song like in past albums (e.g. So Sorry or Friction) or a querky song like On Top of The World or Polaroid (I'm always singing the lyrics to this song in my head).I will say, before this album I kind of ignored this group. I heard them on the radio and didn't think much of them other than that they made good songs. Thunder was my gateway because it fused a little rap with pop. I'm not a rap fan, but I was intrigued by the range of styles in this band. So I bought this album and the two before it. I then watched their performances and interviews on YouTube. I like these guys. Besides being good musicians who write and play good songs, they are truly good people. Very inspiring and positive, even with the moments of depression and doubts that they've gone through. I wish them continued success. There are a lot of haters and cynics out there, the world is divided and angry, but these guys transcend all of that and make me happy.

Continues to be my favorite band
I've been an Imagine Dragons fan since 2012 so I may be slightly biased. I've followed much of their work even with Dan's "Egyptian" tracks and early YouTube videos.I enjoy most of their songs and I think Night Visions and Smoke & Mirrors were both really good albums in their own unique way.Like Smoke & Mirrors, Evolve takes a few listens to appreciate the album as a whole. You may not like a song first go but by second listen you'll most likely start feeling it. Out of 11 tracks I'd say 2 I don't like and the rest are enjoyable especially the first 5 songs they are great in my opinion.I'm happy with this album overall and although it continues their trend of tweaking their sound album to album Imagine Dragons continues to be a band with substance, great lyrics and catchy beats and hooks.
