Would this work with a VCR?

Just bought this item. Worked properly for 2 days. then, in the middle of audio output, it changed to only right channel output from stereo. Any fix?

I had the same issue. They sent a new one and I’m having the same issue. It’s not my speakers. They work with other imputes.
