Need a propane torch. Need to make sure propane bottle sits upright. Crack to fill should be completely dry. If you heat any water or even very small "rocks", they can "pop" in any direction to include hitting you. Wear eye cover, for sure. Like you can reheat and apply more, as needed. Have used many times. Cracks in asphalt are hard as crack can be very deep and you fill and it sinks and you fill and it sinks. Need a good base under crack and only 1inch or less deep. Be careful with torch. Can get a let loose with torch after awhile and set grass on fire or cardboard you are sitting on or even burn yourself. Best way to seal asphalt cracks as long as they are not too deep or have water in them.

Product works well to fill in asphalt cracks. Multiple layers can be used for deep cracks. I would suggest however to use a Flame King propane torch kit.

I think this is a good product for driveway repair. My only complaint is that I cannot easily cut it into thinner strips for cracks that are smaller, and it's too rigid to just force into those smaller cracks. If you are using this for large cracks, it's a great product. Just realize that limitation.
