A Missing Puzzle Piece, Goes in Depth in Simple Language
This is definitely not a standard martial arts book, most are very technical & almost bland, but that's how you learn. & It's the kind of book you can go to any page & catch on if you understand. This book reminds me of books from Tom Bisio because it mixes the subtle theories in an understandable language. Either your going to understand what's being explained or not, I am very satisfied & will be purchasing more books from this Author, well worth the money it's hard to find a hidden jewel like this, Training never ends!! Edited Add on: After reading more I can't say how much of a rarity this is...the writing is also very smooth & written very well, I know Nothing of Drunken First & just after reading the intro & opening it Everything makes perfect sense, I didn't know Drunken Fist is one of the highest levels you can achieve, but there's a reason for that..One thing it's reminding me that Softness=Hardness, and one nugget I'll quote from the book.."Practice doesn't make perfect, Perfect Practice makes Perfect" If your in training this book is 4 you

No pictures of drunken boxing form
I was excited to get this book in the mail. However, I was disappointed Once I flipped through the whole Book and found out the book had no pictures of the 8 immortals form. In fact it had no pictures at all. It’s not a traditional martial arts book where pictures are drawn or shown. It’s a book describing in words what is drunken boxing. Very disappointed.

A Book Of Anecdotes
The large majority of the book is quotes from other martial artists, their methods, and their books.
