I am not sure. I suppose you can purchase a green roll-up board. Wooden boards usually come in black or a rose red color. I purchased several green roll-up boards from Amazon.

Honestly, does the board wrinkle at all? Do you need to lay it flat for any amount of time?

It's not completely flat when you first lay it out, but it's not been an issue. The set is weighty-really helps it flatten pretty quickly. I tried two other sets and kept this one. I have not seen one that is really portable that holds a candle to this one in quality.
