Are these actually made in Germany, or are they Chinese made like everything else on here?

They are made in our factories located in Australia, China, or Japan, it is depending on where the stock allocation is from at the time its sent to Amazon's FBA Warehouses worldwide. One thing to be certain is that all of our factories are all the same standard and we quality control all our products one by one before they are boxed.

What are the handles made from. One review says plastic, but there is a description that mentions alloy steel? Cheers.

We bought the large kitchen knife set of six, Best knives ever super sharp and have a great feel to them. Handles provide a great grip while, preparing food. I would say they made of hard resin. But carry a bit weight for balance. Built to last.

Any chance they would stick to a magnetic strip?

If you take them out of there plastic shiefs then yes they will stick to a magnetic 🧲 strip but why would just put them in a drawer they are very Safe with the shifes on plus the shiefs identify which knives they are

can i sharpen the knives?
