thickness is adequate but support needed for full tray. Durable, good quality, easy to use, and will fit the CP267 Cpsori. I purchases a Cosori CP267 for my sister who has a huge garden. She has used it for about 5 years and used it continually during the summer and fall. I ordered a set of these so she could load the dehydrator and have one ready, on deck to use. She liked it so much I purchased her a 2nd Cosori CP267 dehydrator and another set of extra trays and sheets. You can barely hear the dehydrators when they are running. I know that the first dehydrator has had hundreds of batches of fruit, veggies, and herbs. She now makes her own spices and many new mixes. She has had no issues wth either of the dehydrators, sheets, or trays. Believe me, she is very knowledgeable and researches EVERYTHING she purchases/uses. She has been 100% satisfied and that is amazing. The dehydrator has no plastic racks and the metal racks will last a lifetime, very sturdy and durable.

Perfect size for my dehydrator. I'm an herbalist, so make many Concoctions. Soft silicone so herbs don't fall thru. Easy to clean.

The mats for my dehydrator sheets well. Wash well B4 use. Easy to remove the dried fruit pieces or puree. So far no issues like drying out or getting sticky.

Nice, these make my dehydrator so much easier to use, since they're easier to clean than the appliance trays. No more hard to clean drips, these are great. Very flexible and floppy, so they need to be used in conjunction with the stiff plastic tray, they are not a substitute for the plastic trays.

These work exactly as I expected. They fit perfectly, and I always keep one beneath the bottom rack of the dehydrator to catch debris. They bend easily, so keep that in mind. I used these with pureed mixed fruit to make fruit leather in my dehydrator. They are the perfect depth for it; just make sure you spread the puree evenly. Take your time. Somehow, I got it perfect my first try, so it can't be too hard. After it was finished, the fruit leather easily separated from the tray (didn't need any separating agent), and I was able to roll it up into healthy snacks I stored in mason jars with a 5 gram desiccant pack. They didn't last long!
