It is very cute, my gf is a huge hippo fan and likes it a lot,,, the tray is useful for containing the drainage water,,,, would be cuter if it had eyes,, we will probably added stick on googly eyes to enhance its appearance

Precious. Should be loved by all houseplant enthusiasts that like Fiona the Hippo. Has a nice weight to it. Great for a slow growing or miniature cactus or succulents.

The small planter is very cute and a would be a nice gift for a hippo collector or someone with tiny plants. The package is quite flimsy. My original order came completely broken. Is was easy to return and replaced extremely quickly. This one is for me- a hippo collector.

This is a nice little pot. It is, as others have mentioned, a bit smaller than expected but still cute. It’s a gift and we’re going to swap a small air plant for the cactus that it was intended for. The base is a bit rough on the bottom, so some felt or other material is recommended if you plan to put it on a surface that might scratch. It’s a keeper though and otherwise seems well made.

So cute! Well made. My friend liked mine so much I bought her one and got myself a second. You won’t get a large plant in there. I had to knock dirt off mine. I used one plant just like the pic in the posting but I have a different kind in my other little hippo. Would be great for planting and growing a brand new baby succulent. So far my 2 are doing great.I love hippos and it’s so hard to find affordable nice pieces that aren’t cartoonish.

This is a very cute planter. Honestly it looks more like a cow than a hippo. I still love it.

This hippo is very wee but it's really cute and good quality. I bought it as a gift for my friend's little girl who has taken an interest in plants. I planted a fairly slow-growing succulent in it so size-wise it should be okay for a while.
