Norpro - 3000R Norpro 2-Piece Mini Spatula Set, Red

The little spoonula is awesome...it just works better for some things than a large silicone scraper. It's great for scraping beaten eggs from a bowl or oil from a measuring cup and so many other things. I love it so much that I bought two more sets, one as a back-up and one for my sister.

These are great to clean out that last bit of peanutbutter from the jar. These are small, about an inch wide, with a 8 inch wooden handle. The head is made from food grade silicon, and flexes nicely to scrap out jars of whatever you want. Dishwasher safe, but I'll hand wash to prevent separation. For the cost, get a set. You'll love the versatility.

I bought 2 similar sets a few years ago. They are very practical little kitchen tools that I use almost every day. Unfortunately, they have the "little kitchen things syndrome". They tend to eventually disappear... I guess they are accidentally thrown in the trash especially when my lovely husband is cooking... And so when I saw these spatulas again, I bought three sets in case my Honey decides to surprise me by cooking dinner again... I love them because silicone is flexible(not stiff) but at the same time stable. It is easy to spread the content when cooking like ketchup on top of meatloaf for example. The size of the spatulas can go even into the small holes of the cans. The handles are long enough for easy holding. I also found that this shape of the handles is more comfortable in comparison with the round one. I've been washing my previous sets in the dishwasher with no problems or damage for more than 5 years. And I hope the new sets will be just as durable. Also the seller has these sets in white and blue color. Shipping was fast.

Great smaller head spatulas. they get down into those hard to reach things like small mustard and preserves jars with mouths too small to allow regular sized spatulas access. My only problem with them would be that the handles aren't longer. Like for reaching the bottom of larger jars with small mouths. RubberMaid used to make ones like that with removable heads. Still, a very good product. I was a line cook/kitchen manager for 13 years at the best restaurants in this town.

Good size, good design. Not strong enough to clean sides of sourdough starter jar. Not sufficient for my needs.
