I cleaned up my junk drawer FINALLY and am easily able to find batteries for all my electronics and kids' toys. I bought multiples in different sizes and they stack neatly on top of one another. For a very little cost, you can make a big impact on organization. Highly recommend!

Good box for storing batteries
Good box for storing AA batteries. I use it to store rechargeable batteries, on compartment, charged, the other need to charge. The only drawback is that when it is a bit too narrow, the 12th battery does not fit flat in the compartment.

Does not fit 48 AA.
It specifically says it will fit 48 AA batteries, 24 per slot. After inserting 11 AA batteries, there is not enough space for a 12th AA battery to fit, so it sticks up. On the second row, there is only room for 11 AA batteries since the 12th from the first row sticks up. Thus, only 23 AA batteries fit per slot, which is a total of 46 batteries. I bought these to hold 48 AA batteries and they do not.

Expensive for a plastic box but…
Couldn't find anything cheaper. Tip… you must remove the plastic around the batteries or it will create issues and leaking. Lost 50% of 100 like this. Said good for 10 years… not Put all the + batteries in the same direction too.
