Amazed it works so well--a few times
Started my car when I needed a jump (and needed a new alternator and battery), though it took me a while to figure out how to use it and turn it on, since it had been nearly a year since I had purchased it. Clamping it on the battery and letting it have a couple minutes to work BEFORE trying to start the car was a good tip. And I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked in such a small package. Also during a couple power outages, it worked fine to charge my phone.BUT after having it for 2 years, at the start of the current hurricane season, I brought it into the house to recharge it. SADLY, having been stored in the trunk of my sedan for 2 years, the battery had swollen up, breaking the case open, stripping the screws that held it together, and breaking the plastic as well--it could not be put back together and was now useless. Since I live in southern Florida, I guess I should not have been surprised, but since it is designed to be used with cars, I figured it might be able to withstand the normal temperature fluctuations we have down here every year. I was WRONG, and will now be looking for a replacement--though the only ones I've found thus far are limited in their upper temps as well.So now I consider it a semi-disposable item and ordered a used one from the same manufacturer for much less than half the price. I'll try to remember to take it back and forth to my car from my apartment.

Seems to work well
To my amazement oh, this jump pack was able to jump my truck. I have got a 4.7 L V8 engine.

Did Not Work When Needed
I bought this product over a year ago, had it in my trunk. My car battery died in my garage, so I pulled out the Beatit charger to get the car started. The Beatit wasn't charged enough to do the job, which is understandable given the length of time in storage, so I plugged it into an outlet and let it charge. After waiting a few hours, it was fully charged, but still couldn't get enough charge on the battery to get it going. Had to break out the regular jumper cables, which got my battery charged up enough to start the car no problem. Love the idea of this product, just didn't work when needed.

Failed to jump my car (05 Xterra) twice... Don't trust this product
I really wanted to like this product, but so far it's been pretty useless. I kept it in my car for an emergency jump-starter and it's let me down each time I've needed it.One time I was in the middle of nowhere with a dead battery & was lucky enough to run into the 1 person I saw in 5 days -- that could've been very bad had I not brought jumper cables or had anyone to jump my car. The other time I was in town and had to call AAA for a jump. I noticed the battery in this product drains down really quickly after fully charging it - after about 3 weeks it went from a 100% charge down to around 75%. Not enough to jump a car. You'd have to take this thing out of your car and recharge it once a week - not practical. The bottom line is you can't trust this product to jump start your car in an emergency, so now I just use it as a (expensive) battery bank to charge iphones, etc.. DO NOT RELY ON THIS if you're going camping in the middle of nowhere, etc.Very disappointed.

QUICK AND EASY TO USE
Bought in 2017 but never had to use until today. SO easy. Just attach the clamps to your battery terminals and start your car. Mine started up instantly. It took less than a minute to complete the entire process. Talk about peace of mind.Note: I keep mine in the car, but bring it into the house to recharge once a month. It recharges quickly too. Even after using it to start my car, it was fully recharged in about 40 minutes. A lot of power for its size. Great for seniors like me, in part due to its small size and weight.

Didn't work. Left me stranded in an ice storm.
I had fully charged this jumper as a "just in case" before a 1 week business trip. I flew back into an ice storm. When I got to my car at the airport, the battery was mostly dead. No idea why since I literally had a photo of the car with all the lights being off so I could refind it in the huge lot.Anyways, I figured I had this guy in the trunk, so I would be good to go. No such luck. I connected to the terminals and turned it on, and it didn't give enough juice for the ignition button light to even turn on. I reread the instructions multiple times to ensure it was being used correctly. I plugged it in at the airport and ensured it was fully charged. I'm driving a 2018 Subaru impreza. It just doesn't work.I ended up having to wait about 8 hours for AAA to show up and give me a jump because this thing didn't work. Their jumper worked immediately. It works ok as a power bank for devices, but I can get those much, much cheaper. This product was a waste of money for me.

Press the button
Works great. I have had this for over a year and have used it many times with friends and family.I almost sent it back because there is no mention of the button on the side of the cable that connects to the battery. Once you are hooked up, press the button and away you go

Battery failed after multiple jumpstarts on car
The product worked great the first time I used it, was able to jump my car with no issues. It worked great charging my phone and a tablet while in a short weekend trip, too. The issue I experienced was on the second use, the battery in the jump starter expanded a bit but I didn’t pay it much attention. However, on the 3rd use the battery expanded so much that I was scared it would explode. Not sure how to handle this so may just take to a local Best Buy to see if they can dispose of the battery safely. For context, never stored this out in the car where it would be cold, the unit was always stored indoors until needed for a road trip.
