We purchased this chair for our nursery room and absolutely love it! It arrived quickly exactly as described and was super easy to assemble. It looks great, feels sturdy and is very comfortable. The rocking motion on the chair and stool is smooth and relaxing, and the side pocket in the cushion offers great storage. Would highly recommend!

I would like to say that £175 is a lot of money so I expected high build quality. Although the item is sturdy I do not believe it is manufactured very well and various defects on the wood. It does all hold together however.Missing Velcro also means the arm cushions will not be held down.If i am honest and it wasn’t so much hassle to return i would have returned this chair.

Whilst nursing my 6 day old baby to sleep, this chair has cracked and both arms have separated from the main chair!Luckily a wall was behind us to catch the back of the chair. If the wall was not there we would have fallen straight back - don't want to think what could have happened then.

From 5 weeks onwards it started to make horrible grinding and squeaking noises as baby and I rocked on it; definitely not soothing!The reclining back also had a tendency to suddenly recline as I sat down in it and you have to get out the chair, put the baby down, readjust the back, get the baby, and then sit down far too often as you can't adjust it one handed or whilst sitting in it.

Stool comes already assembled and the wood is cracked and not fit for purpose.Really not impressed as now I have to mess around taking it down and packing it back up to be returned and will not get a refund until 5-7 days after they have received the item back.I have also contacted seller and have to wait up to 3 days for a response.Really poor, obviously no quality control whilst packing in the factory as the the box was not damaged.How long till I get a replacement or refund? Who knows! Not happy!Also, the only way to return is to print a label off and I have no printer, can’t get in touch with Amazon, automated chat that redirects back to the returns section, and Tutti Bambini have told me it’s nothing to do with them I have to take it up with Amazon. Poor poor quality and service from both.
