It is very easy to use and works great. I bought because my husband would tell me he couldn't hear right from his left ear. I bought and did ear lavage myself at home and save me some doctor money. I felt comfortable doing at home myself and had an excellent result.Do Not Do at home if pain when putting in ear because you might have ear infection and will cause more pain.

Used it on both my kids. One said it hurt a little. They have sensitive ears. The other kid said it didn’t hurt at all. Both kids have terrible wax build up. Cost $300 to get them cleaned by a doctor. Using this I was able to wash huge chunks of wax out of their ears. Well worth the price

My niece told me about this, I had a nurse use one on me a few years back and I had heard of how well this worked to clean your ears out. So, I ordered mine.Cons:1. It comes with a set of very suspicious tools that look more like instruments of torture. They are metal and look lethal and every doctor I know would be very concerned if I were to stick any of them in my ears. Be warned, don't use the tools in your ears or anyone else's for that matter.2. the instructions are not straightforward so I had to figure out through trial and error which attachment would work for me. Hint: if you are by yourself use the rod attachment, the tube is just about impossible to keep in. It comes down to a balancing act with the spill bowl, insertion, and squirting3. the pump is weak and it takes some practice to get the water mixture flowing into the ear.4. Also, it's hard not to squirt it directly into the ear canal instead of at the safe angle.5. It's loud, so be warned.Pros:1. it works on cleaning your ears out. make sure you read the mixing instructions, peroxide makes the process more effective but you need to be prepared for the popping noises and tickling as the peroxide dissolves the earwax.2. Use warm water. not hot or cold. the shock is quite noticeable.3. it's lightweight and easy to handle once you get the hang of using it.4. I use mine in the shower stall as the spill cup is quite tricky.This is a good solution for cleaning the ears. However, it should be noted that earwax is good for your ears. So, only use this if the wax is a problem. If you have a blockage it is better to go to the doctor and have they remove it.

I only used this once. The bottle broke and now I can't use it. It was stored in the box and when I really needed it it didn't work so I'm really upset about this. Waste of money. Company took care of the problem

Purchased this version with the LED Otoscope instead of the less expensive version without. Unfortunately, it is utterly useless. It's a cheap piece of plastic that did not come with batteries. In addition, it appears to require about a dozen button batteries but there is no information anywhere about what type/size. Very disappointing. The sprayer itself works fine; pleased with that.

Didn’t even squirt out water! I must’ve got a defective item or it just plain out didn’t work to begin with.

I got my ear cleans out after having wax built up, which I don't know how. However it came back and I decided to get this kit instead of paying $140 at the doc to have it done. It was very effective
