Have had multiple sets of this for my family, customer service was extremely professional and responsive, standing behind their products.

They're great cause I got them for 29 bucks
I had one of the top dawg headsets the Rig 800 and it was fantastic beyond the point where I got the short in the mic cause of the design, it basically wears out. These were on sale for 29 bucks and some change. They work fine, pretty distinct difference in sound quality form what I had, but it still clear. Only thing that sucks it doesn't have is a mixer, sometimes it's hard to get a good adjustment between hearing your friends and the game, and making adjustments during a game you have to go to your settings which I clearly took for granted on my last headset. Other than that they are good for the 29 bucks that I got them for at the time. 3 stars for quality and for gaming.

Light weight, and good audio
Light weight sounds good. Will probably bone a new Bluetooth once they get the type C charger port.

Alright, but there's better options
The headset came with all the things undamaged, but as far as quality there's less to be desired here. The headset practically blocks zero external sound that having a fan in the same room made it difficult to hear what was going on in-game (OW2). The microphone I will say is crisp and does its job. However, for the comfort I'd give this a large 2/10 as the earphones hurt after approximately 2 hours and I barley fitted the headset with little option to move it further down to make it more comfortable. For smaller heads it works just fine and it's pretty decent if you're not looking for something of higher value and just need a good mic.All in all you can always look for better options but if you're down on your luck and need a headset that'll somewhat hurt your ears and not block sound for the pro of a good quality microphone then this is where to go!

Solid
Wish there was more on the low end. The headphone cushions bleed audio and as a result make quiter noises harder to hear. Otherwise great gaming headphones.

Great sound, very Comfortable, fragile
Great sound quality very comfortable. I owned my first headset for about a year before accidentally catching it on a piece of furniture, and then the cable that connects from my controller that goes to the mute volume control had separated from the headsets. The wiring had completely pulled out of the soldering that they had within the volume control. It was one quick motion in which I did not apply very much pressure at all and it pulled the cable directly out of the control. I had barely had the second set for a day, before the same thing had occurred with a different piece of furniture in which the cable barely snagged on the piece of furniture, and instead of the headset, coming off of my head, and preventing it from pulling a part it ripped out of the soldering. Same exact location same issue. It has made me consider spending the extra bucks on a wireless headset but depending on how well the warranty services handles this issue with the construction of the cable I may end up buying from a different company or buying a wireless headset from them. Will keep everyone updated on how warranty services handles this issue.UPDATEThey said the faulty wiring connection was not their fault in accidental damage, claiming that warranty services could not assist me with it.

Bueno por precio/calidad.
Los compré por económicos, solo que no son los mejores, el audio, la comodidad y la calidad son regulares (no malos, pero lejos de ser los mejores).Recibes justo por lo que pagas.
