Nice but noisy, low carbonation
It is good and does what it is supposed to, but the carbonation is low and can not be modified, even increasing the co2 psi. It is like very fine bubbles, not like a can of clubsoda, but more like mineral whater with a little sparkling. It is really noisy, loud.I like the small footprint. Was dificult to connect, first I used a 10lb co2 canister and a regulator, but it is dificult to put it in a place in the kitchen and hide it, next I try the sodastream 1L small bottles and a new and small regulator and store it on the back of the unit, that was easier but will have to refill the co2 more often. They should include or sale a package with the 1L sodastream and the regulator and the canister holder (imposible to find), I have to shop arround till I found the correct regulator and an adapter to the co2 line.Overall, I use it everyday, and is a good solution but should be better and allow for better carbonation. That is my primary complain.Connect it to the water line with a filter, same line than the fridge, used a T spliter and a valve.

E4 Errors on (2) units shortly after warranty period, not repairable and no service replacement
We have purchased (2) of these units in succession after the first failure and they each have failed shortly after the warranty period of 1 year with the famous E4 Error that is now well described by many others on product feedback experiences. The manufacture support does have an email which is hard to find but there is one and after several days waiting for a reply came the same answers as others below, “ Thank you for your appreciation of our product. However, we regret to inform you that it only carries a one-year warranty period”. I asked if the carbonation pump or pressure switch was available for replacement even at a cost got the same answer. Therefore; the product is a lemon with a short operation useful life that cannot be serviced in anyway. Turn the unit off and reset it and it might work for a few hours until it shuts down again with the E4 error. Purge all the water from the sparkling tank and start over and same results, works a few hours then shuts down. Increasing/decreasing water or Co2 pressure does not make a difference, there is a problem with the carbonator pump and pressure switch that is not reliable. It is really sad because when the unit works it works great for sparkling water with the exception of the button design flaw which is if the button is touched the water dispenses continuously until the buttons are touched again to turn off. The button should be a press and hold to dispense and stop dispense when release. Otherwise the button is touched and it will not stop dispensing so be careful is child touches the button and walks away, you will have a flooded mess. Otherwise when it works it is a nice machine and it is ashamed with so many other Amazon customer experiences of the same E4 error that the manufacture has not made any improvements or better replacement resolutions to Amazon customers. Buyer beware and good luck.

So far so good
I've owned my sparkling water maker for 18 months now and fairly eventless. From time to time I do get that E4 error popping up on the screen that every owner will tell you about. When that appears the unit will not work and I have to power cycle the machine to reset it and get it to start working again. That error usually only pops up on heavy use days. Unfortunately there is no support and no user manual to identify the error code or even tell you how to service your machine.Aside from that there are some key features to point out on this unit. The hardware that comes with the machine is designed to work with the Soda Stream CO2 tanks. I find that stupid as the reason for my purchase was to save money as Soda Stream CO2 tanks are ridiculously expensive. You will want to buy a regulator and either a 5lb or 20lb CO2 tank from your local beer keg store to go with this machine. I consider myself a heavy user and probably average 1 gallon a day of carbonated water. With that consumption I go through a 5lb CO2 tank 2x a year and I'm paying $20 per 5lb tank exchange. The other item I'd highly recommend is buy a decent under the sink water filter system to go with your sparkling water machine. You have to run a poly/pep water line for the machine anyways so you might has well run it through a filter first for better tasting water and extend the life of the machine. It's really easy to setup and if you tap your fridge water line, it's that much easier.

Very happy with this purchase
I was a bit hesitant to buy an expensive machine from a brand I’ve never heard of, and with very few reviews, but buying this was an excellent decision. We like to drink a lot of sparkling water, and continually buying cans was getting expensive and annoying. Since the soda stream type of machines seemed almost as inconvenient and expensive, I decided to look for a “real” soda maker. We’ve had this machine for a couple of months now, and have been 100% happy with it. The quality of the soda is actually much better than store bought, with very fine bubbles that last a long time, and make less of a stinging sensation. The only downside is that installation took me about half a day, the installation itself is very simple, but I had to spend a long time searching for the right adapters. If you’re not “handy” you may need to hire someone to install this.

Does not last
The unit works well when you first get it, but look around. This is a chinese distributor and they frequently change names and pages. Amazon is littered with several of these "distributors" who sell this $700 product that tends to work for only 1-2 years. Mine lasted 1 year 10 months before the compressor went bad. These distributors all work from the same building address and are probably a bait and switch so they don't have to service the product. The actual machine, when it works, works well, but it has very poor longevity. If you do get it, which I do not recommend, get a long service warranty with it to at least protect your investment. Unfortunately, there is nothing like this at this price point. It would be a great product if the electronics lasted, but as you can see from other reviews, they do not.
