I recently had a phone case break on me after a long period of use, and Amazon from what I could tell did not carry the same brand and model. I ended up buying two replacement cases, and this one just arrived today. The case consists of three parts, which confused me at first. I started off worrying it was the wrong size. However, after manipulating it a bit the case divided into the three sections. A softer more pliable inner layer that is kind of pulled around the phone. Then two harder outer layers that lock together pinning the phone inside. All the phone features remain nicely accessible, and the case just feels like a good quality. . . especially for the money. I believe the case will be durable by feel, but I am not going to intentionally drop my phone to test it. I can tell it is important to mske sure the back and front firmly fit together otherwise they might separate in a fall. A buyer concerned for the screen will need to buy am additional product to protect that . . . . there is a raised edge that should protect the phone from some side impacts. For me I prefer this case over another one I recently bought, and the case I had before.

LG V20 cases are very hard to find. Esp cases that are attractive and don't look like you're 14 or going to the club every weekend. (No offense 14 yr old club hoppers.) I find the pink one to be very subtle and meshes well with a conservative look yet bring a little pink for fun. The case is super sturdy. It adds some weight to the phone which for me is a good thing because it helps me hold the phone easier. It does not impede the volume, camera, headphone or any other function. I find this excellent. I looked at every LG V20 case at Amazon, save your self the trouble. If you aren't overtly frilly, like pink, want a quality case, just order it. PS this case also helped me deal with a common issue of these phones which is they eventually wont stay closed. Bad mechanism causes this. This phone immediately corrected this problem.

*Update again* Since they upped the price of the mint one, I decided to try the blue one. The color on the blue is nice, almost a matte metallic (other than the rubber part of course), I like it a lot more than I expected. This one also seems to fit more snug than the last 2 mint ones I had. Maybe this case won't pop off as easily as the other did. If this color holds up and wears better, I will stick with this one. I would probably give it 5 stars too, just wish the product experience was the same with all the colors. Adding a few other colors might be nice too.*update* Case gets dirty and color wears off showing white underneath fairly easily. I've dropped my phone a few times and the case either pops off completely, or partially and tiny pieces break off when putting back on. No damage to phone though, so I guess it does the job. I've replaced twice in a year though. I'd pay a little more it it didn't wear as badly/quickly and didn't pop off as easily.Looks nice, fits well, all the port holes work...seems like it will be good.

I've used other phone cases that have lasted for over a year. I switched to this one because it's slimmer. The other cases I have dropped so many times and not only did they protect it, but they stayed intact.THIS phone case, I've dropped twice and both times it's popped completely apart. Yes, the phone itself was fine, but one of the latches to keep the two halves together broke. I'd be surprised if it lasted much longer after another drop or two.Edit:The company contacted me and offered a replacement or refund. The company's focus on customer satisfaction is a huuuuge positive, and I greatly appreciate the efforts that they go through. Ultimately I'll make the rating a four star, because I'm still not entirely fond of the case's design. However, that's just me, and I encourage you to try it out if you don't think you'll have the same issues I encountered.

Worked Great!! Perfect, comfortable to hold, cut out's are great for charging, head phones etc, I like that it is 3 pieces, a sleeve, a back and a front cover, the front does not go over the screen but is raised for that added layer of protection that prevents your screen from coming into contact with the ground if it is dropped. and a Great price. Would 100% buy this case again. Looks exactly like the picture, very well made not cheap materials.

I go this a year ago this week and installed it a year ago today. The thin outer piece began breaking last week and fell into 2 pcs yesterday; i.e. 1 pc broke away from a little larger piece that also has a break in it and barely still attached. Suppose to have a 1 year warranty but as of trying to reach the last week when I notice the breaks, no answer.Also wanna add the back part of the case began looking nasty about 6 months ago and i can assure you, i take care of my stuff #1 by keeping it clean.If ever given to me, I may use, but that is the only way. Never again will I buy this product because they do not answer warranty calls.

My initial impression of this case was really great. The color and the feel of the material is very impressive. Unfortunately, the one i received is damaged. There are five deep gouges in the back of the case. They look like scratches,but they are very deep and effect the way the case feels in my hand. The surface of the case is a smooth, rubberized plastic that feels like satin. It's so smooth and luxurious feeling that the scratches stand out even more.I do feel like this case will protect my phone because of the way it not only covers the back, but also snaps on to cover the sides and front edges as well. I order the rose gold color, which is nice, but i do wish there were more color options available.

Love the color and love the fact that it's heavy duty. I've dropped my phone a few times now since getting these and my phone has been safe each time. The only thing I've struggled with is that the case comes off with each drop. So I've had one of the side clips break off now.
