Q: What size are the wheels and can they be replaced?

Could not locate a way to remove the wheel from my old Samsonite wheeled case. That is why I purchased a new one. The wheel on my old case fell apart in the airport while I was pulling it.

Q: How deep is it? (front to back)

The actual case front to back is 10 inches. The wheels add 3/4 inch for total of 10.75 inches

Q: The size is over Spirit Airlines personal bag allowance by .25". Does anyone know if it can squeeze in?

Depends on what you have in it. My does fit and never a problem
