Not broken luckily
This is how it was when I opened the Amazon bag. I’m just glad it isn’t broken. It is very easy to put together except the mouth piece needed a little force to get onto the solution cup. It is much quieter than the older one that I have and a bit smaller. I do think that the packaging needs to be better than it was. Instead of a packaging envelope, ship it in a sturdy box so that it does not get damaged.

Shipping protecting seriously lacking
1st when if i click "First time setup", i get info on a sewing machine (this is a NEBULIZER)2nd the product arrived in a paper mailer, thin Box inside NO CUSHINGING. why would you ship an electronic medical product with no SHOCK protection? The machine works (for Now) but this makes no sense at all. If I didn't need this now; I would return it. Save on shipping by insuring the product is undamaged
