Don't listen to the other ratings saying they don't work for the old playtex sippy cups with the linear valves. They work perfectly fine with them. You just stretch it from one end to the other and it fits fine. It's made of a stretchy silicone so it will reach.Also, this is very important. You must pinch the ends of the stoppers to open the slit vents so that liquid will flow through.Great replacement and alternative to buying all new cups.

Absolutely what I needed. Arrived on time as expected. I love the sipping cups that it goes to and someone misplaced one of the valves. Now I have a spare.

I hated to spend and arm and a leg to purchase new sippy cups, because the only thing wrong with the current ones is the valve. These arrived as promised . . . 2, 2-paks (4 total). Popped them right in and didn't have any problems. YAY!

They do not fit the older Playtex cups and even on the newer ones kept popping out and causing the cup to leak.

We have the old spout top lids with the linear valves, but they started leaking and needed replaced. Of course these were the only ones we could find. I read the reviews and some said they worked with the old lids and some said they didn't. They DO stretch and can fit onto the old lids, however, on our cups they kept popping off one side. Since we didn't have much of a choice as far as replacement valves go, we just cut one side of this circular valve to allow more stretch room to fit in both holes. Now they work great! I only gave this product 4 out of 5 because of my specific situation. If you have newer cups and need replacements, I'm sure these will work just fine!
