I put the balls in the water as instructed on the paper, but the toy didn't work.My son was so sad and I watched several videos on YouTube to find out which was the best gun to buy. I saw that the balls have to grow to 7mm, so I left it and today we tested it again.It's incredible how the toy works, with the balls at the right size.I even requested the return of the product because my son was so sad, and after several days of researching on YouTube, we managed to make it work. Now I spoke to the Amazon attendant that I want to keep the purchase and cancel the return.

My 7 & 9 year old have a different brand of these guns and those are fantastic. This one just sucks. It’s extremely small, cheaply made, barely shoots, jams the second you put the gel balls into it. These were lame and not worth your time or money

Wow! I never thought these guns would be so much fun! I purchased several guns to start our collection. We did have an issue with one not working, battery was fully charged but would not fire. I reached out to the email address that was inside the box and they sent a replacement that was received today. We are excited to back to our nightly orbee fights!

I like the price, the size, and overall the product is really cool. Downside is they jam like crazy. If you try to shoot them full auto it will feed two balls at once and clog just above the chamber. My kids were pretty disappointed that every 10 shots they’d either have to shake their guns or I’d have to take the hopper off and clear it out. I pushed in some rubber o rings so only one ball could feed at a time and now they work perfect. Less than a dollar fix and now my kids are stoked. Shoots full auto perfectly!

You have to make sure the ammo has been soaked for a few hours or else the gun won't shoot it.

They sound and look good. But won't shoot but one good ball. It jams after one. Has no real power (dispite the sound- you would think they would shoot far and with power) They both would smash the balls and jam and the balls would fall out the end of the barrel instead of being shot! Cannot even use them. My friend has ones that look just like these and they have power and guaranteed distance and NEVER jam! She paid the same price. These are junk.
