So far the mat has held up and is great for yoga and more static exercises. I do use some slight jumping and other dynamic activities and it seems to work well enough protecting my joints with some padding--over carpet. It's not thick like some other mats but has a slight padding. Easy to clean and a good size for many exercises.

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years and this is the most comfortable and grippy mat I have used. The thickness is perfect, I use it on a hardwood floor. I love the large size because I don’t have to stop and reposition myself on the center of the mat.

Good size mat for home gym use. Wide and long enough to be able to use for several things. It says no shoes but I’ve been using my shoes to work out on it. It rolls up nicely to store out of the way. It is kind of bigger than your usual mat, but that’s okay. It’s what I wanted for home use. I am glad I got the 6 x 4 ft mat size the bigger one would have been too big for home use.

Dang. Nicest yoga mat I've ever owned. The extra space is awesome for all kinds of workouts. The mat is high quality, durable, and comfortable. I wasn't sure an XL expensive mat would be worth it, but it definitely was. 100% recommend!

I've had the mat for about a month now. It is very large and comfortable to use for a variety of floor exercises, but the mat is already starting to come apart and I can see the top part rubbing off. I may try one of their mats designed for use with shoes to see if it holds up better (for the record, I have not been wearing shoes on this mat).

I love this mat! It’s the perfect size for my workouts which are weight as well as high intensity cardio. I also doubles as a play mat for my kids as it’s on our living room floor. It’s easy to clean and disinfect. My cat has attempted to rip it up with her nails, and it’s holding up better than any other mat we have had. I definitely feel a difference working out on this mat versus my hard wood floors. It’s much easier on my joints. I have had this mat for about 6 months maybe more and it is holding up very well. As a plus on my hard wood floors it stays put and doesn’t slide!

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this because I had such a good experience with a pogamat I bought several years ago. I thought I was ordering another one of the same quality. I was going to put them side-by-side on my gym floor. This one is lighter weight and more like the cheap kind you get at the dollar discount store only larger. Same price I paid five years ago. That should’ve been the first sign. I’m returning it.

Comfort is 10/10, thickness is 5/10 but that’s just perfect for me because I don’t like thick gaudy mats this is much more sleek, and durability is give 5/10 only because my kids love ripping off little ball like pieces which is a huge bummer because I really love this mat.All in all I’d still give it 5 stars and it’s well worth the money and much better than all the previous mags I have had or tried.
