My hair doesn't curl very easily. I love that I can get consistent curls. I loved it so much I bought another for my friend.

As always Chi delivered on a good product. Only reason it did not receive 5 stars is I feel the clip could be a little larger. Lots of good products out there now so they either need to step up the game or look at pricing a little. This may be my last Chi if the prices continue to rise.

Disappointed! Delivered late, opened and is very tacky with a glue like substance. Sticks to hands and red paint comes off. Tried to clean and seems to make worse. For the price this is unacceptable. Wording on iron is wipe off?? Possibly used or refurbished supposed to be new.also turns extremely slow unlike the first one I had. Had to buy a beach waver. Also smelled like it was burning my hair and I have had a chi auto that didn’t do this.
