Highly recommended by my dentist. This particular flavor (Mojito Mint) is lightly flavored so the mint doesn't burn my mouth like Colgate Total.

The mint flavor isn't quite strong enough, so that by the end of brushing it starts to taste gross. Otherwise great toothpaste. The bottle actually looks nice too, so I leave it out on the sink for some color ^_^
