Adorable little book!
I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this item. The cover has a wonderful tactile feel and is fabric covered. The binding is nice and the book is very sturdy. The pages are indeed bleed proof we have tested them with copic markers and Ohuhu markers. The paper is a nice quality marker paper and blends well. I have tried some mediocre quality books and this is much nicer by comparison. I will be buying several more in different designs as gifts. Oh I forgot to add the very nice elastic closure is an added bonus.

Great Sketchbook!!
This cute little sketchbook os so adorable and perfect quality. The pages are very smooth, amazing for markers, i even used some crayons on it, they went on perfect! The pages have a perfect thickness though the marker bleeds throigh the back of it, who h i expected so im not complaining. Its super good quality and the cover is better then i had expected, its beautiful. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a small sketchbook thats easy to travel with.Safe to say, im in love with it!

Good but feels different than regular paper.
I love using alcohol markers and wanted bleed proof paper. I really liked the look of these! My problem is that the paper is so shiny it's resistant to anything non-alcohol based. My Micron pens bead up on the paper and get smudged when i go over it. Also you can see every stroke of marker on the paper which is weird.

Beautiful little book
I must admit that due to creative block I haven't used this darling little book, but if it speaks to you, just buy it, because it is exactly as advertised. The cover is beautiful front and back, it is actual cloth that feels like tapestry, it's not screen printed or anything like that. It is bound well and lies open nicely. Paper is thick and feels nice. It would be lovely for any kind of keepsake item, such as writing recipes down for the next generation.

Tiny sketchbook
I've been trying to make sure I pay attention to sizes before buying. I think I let this one slip by me lmao it is so small but it's actually cute and well made. Not sure how I'll use it but it's a nice little book.

It's like drawing on receipt paper
It's not terrible if you want a sketchbook that doesn't bleed through when using alcohol markers. The paper is surprisingly thin and it feels like receipt paper. If you overwork an area, it starts to streak more. It's almost like it stopped absorbing the ink so it's kind of hard to get a smooth blend. I used both Ohuhu and Copic brand. It does surprisingly well with water-based markers too, usually they eat through paper when you try to work them a little but I managed to get a decent blend on this. I tried with some Tombows I had.Sketching with pencil and then lining this is kind of messy. I'd suggest a lightbox if you care. Erasing pencil marks is pretty hard if you're using a mechanical pencil but softer pencils tend to smudge. Kneaded erasers will smudge your lines. If you are the type to erase your pencil sketch after you ink, it will pick up some of the linework and you'll have to go over the areas. I had a similar issue as another reviewer, the ink for a Sakura Micron doesn't ever dry all the way, so your marker will pick some of it up so if you wanna keep your tips nice and clean, don't go over ink. I did try on top of a Copic Multiliner, but I used a lavender ink, so I couldn't tell if there was any smudging since it was so light in the first place.TL;DRMarkers did not bleed through the next page but there are issues with streaking.Water-based markers do pretty well.Sketching and erasing pencil is messy.Dark inks are risky if you want to keep your marker tips clean.I probably won't get this again, but we'll see. I'm known to eat my words. It's very pretty though!

Paper Not Suitable for Markers/Pigment Ink
I bought this cute little sketch book to use while on travel. The brocade cover fabric is very nice, but the binding feels wobbly. The paper is thinner and slicker than expected, as if there is some type of coating on the page. Alcohol markers squeak on the paper and it's impossible to lay down blocks of color without streaks. Pigment inks dry very slowly and smudge easily. Some colors bled through the paper, and the paper is so thin, even without the bleed, the pages would not be suitable for use on both sides. I plan to give it to a friend's young daughter to play with and purchase a better journal.

Perfect size for my drawings.
There is nothing to dislike. It’s very pretty. I like everything about it. I plan to order more. But, it was hard to find on Amazon. I had to really search for small, heavy paper sketchbooks. Like I said it’s the perfect size for me.

Cute and portable, but not bleed proof.
This does not work for alcohol markers, as advertised. It is not bleed proof. It feels like regular sketchpad paper.

Not built to last
The spine ripped when I was only about 20 pages in. I also hadn't started painting on it yet, so it hadn't had a rough usage.

THOUGH VERY PRETTY I THOUGHT IT WAS MUCH BIGGER THAN IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT.
