This helmet for the knee is amazing , it really does work . It does what it says it does .. my knee feels much better .

I’ve had knee trouble for years , it stopped me running . Having to wear some sort of compression every day.When I saw this I thought why not give it a try.Initially I thought the massage was too light to have any effect but was proven wrong , from the first application the relief has been worth the money spent . My knee was so good after a few applications I stopped wearing compression ( pain came back 😖)So it’s by no means a cure but the relief it’s given me is very good and I would recommend it .

Great little gadget, wouldn't say it does much for pain relief but feels really nice while using, although that is the view of my husband that had a very nasty knee injury, may work great for someone else with not such serious injury.

My partner suffered a knee injury and this seems to help ease the pain. I’m no scientist and can’t confirm or deny if the laser part is actually healing anything or just a blinking led. But yeah she’s happy with it and she’s tried others but prefers this.

Have had this expensive product for nearly 2 weeks, and used it everyday. This is not a good product, all it does is vibrate on each sides and warms up the top of the knee! It has not ellivated any of my pain, if I could I would send it back, do not recommend this knee massager at all

The ‎SEAAN Cordless Knee Massager was supplied in an unbranded cardboard box which contained the massage unit itself, a booklet and a charging cable. The unit has a look that is somewhat like a small crash helmet in shape with a plastic top part and padded sides, and also has Velcro type straps on one side and fastening loops at the other. On the top of the unit are the controls for power which also controls the infrared/laser capability, vibration and heat selection and LEDs which are very bright and clear in terms of their showing what is active and at which setting Each of vibration and heat have 3 possible settings of low medium and high, whilst short presses on the power button whilst power is on, activates or deactivates the infrared/laser functionality.I have had several issues with my knees, Osgood-Schlatters in my left knee as a younger man and since then cartilage issues in both knees which sometimes cause me quite a lot of pain. It is at these times that the unit is best used for me, it helps to warm the area whilst massaging / kneading it gently and helping to relieve the pain somewhat. It is not a panacea you understand, but it does offer me some relief and soothes/relaxes the area and that is good enough for me. I’ve found it is best used directly on the knee and not with clothing between it and the knee but others may disagree so find an option that suits your own needs. The unit is not uncomfortable when worn on the knee as there are no sharp edges and very good padding. The only thing I would think that is a little off-putting for may is likely to be the cost, as over £72 for a knee massager is a significant investment without knowing if the product will work for you and your own knee issues.
