If you're looking for a big mustard flavor, add more mustard seed on your own. It's definitely there, but not quite what I was hoping for.

I only give it 4 stars because it's a little pricey for the amount of product considering you provide your own non-dry ingredients. But the outcome was awesome. Great blend of spices for pickles, just need to figure out the proportions so I can just make the blend myself.
