I find this a very worth investment, it makes coffee really good, it blends really well, tastes good, and there are a lot of brands out there that make product that support it.One thing i find bad about it is that the coffee comes out a bit cold sometimes, like not very hot.

The type of frother it has I've owned many times as a separate unit. They do not make the milk hot. Good foam though. For some reason milk always sticks to the bottom and requires getting in there with a brush to clean. Also have to be careful not to get water in the very bottom of the unit.The Espresso portion is good. There are better machines out there, one by Breville I had but died after a year. If this dies, at least it's half the price.

This machine has great reviews from many people, however it also has a common defect where it stops or never pumps water (due to an air lock). There's many posts and YouTube videos describing this problem and offering a possible solution, however it did not work for our machine. You may have a different experience, however it's good to be aware just in case you are between options. Time to invest in a new machine!

I’ve had very good luck with purchases from Amazon of returned goods and this one fit the pattern. The price was very good and it appears that the machine was never used. I think this model (with or without the milk frothier) is the best one available for home use unless you want whistles and bells that don’t improve the result one bit.

Worked fantastically for it's first year, then we started getting leaking around the capsule brew chamber requiring us to dump the drip tray frequently. This started becoming observable at about the end of the warranty. We'll nurse this along for awhile longer as it still makes a good cup of coffee but it's disappointing.

Quality of coffee is great, but the serving size is quite small and we've found we're drinking more cups than previously and blowing through more pods as well.

After having two of the top styles for this machine (over $400 each) not work, we decided to go with this one and it works just right. I am glad we went with this one as it is easy to use and clean and not a huge space grabber.
