Horrible remote control
Remote control no longer works properly, so without it I can not use device. $166 waste of money...Sad thing is, it was glitchy when I received the product

This works really well and is heavy duty. I've noticed the variation of vibration levels has really helps my stabilizing muscles on the inside of my thighs and glutes, and is helping me loose weight. So happy with this purchase - highly recommend
