This is a great little cup. I bought it so I could ween myself off of store bought coffee. I wanted to have a cup that still gave me that store bought feeling but be reusable and just cool. This cup is perfect. Right out of the box the lid sealed perfectly for me, no leaks. And I didn't have any manufacturing smells that others have mentioned. Fits great into my Kurig I just bought too.

High Quality Product! FIVE STARS all the way! let me explain.... It starts with the silicone lid that stays on safely and securely and pours like a dream! No drips from the silicone lid when pouring into another mug. Also, the silicone lid is replaceable if you ever lose or damage it! Lids that fit this mug are low cost and always available for sale on Amazon. I use this mug for hot coffee in the morning and hot tea at night. Keeps the liquid super hot for at least 20 minutes and very warm for at least 1 hour. Which is more than enough time. As I said build quality is excellent. Also, I find this mug works best with the small java sok sleeve, which is also available for sale on the Amazon website all the time (see third picture). There are three sizes of the java sok... I recommend the smallest size for this mug.

I drink 2 cups of coffee at work. it always bothered me that i should bring my own cup and save 2 paper cups. i like the starbucks type cups ( tall and without handle ) rather than a regular mug. so while browsing for black friday deals, i found this and decided to get it. I really like the cup. not too heavy, has a rubber sleeve that acts as a non slip thing. also, the coffee stays warmer for a few more minutes than a paper cup. but the bad thing is the rubber lid. it smells really really really bad! and you cant stop smelling the cups lid when you drink from the rubber lid! i gave the lid a good wash with soap, but the smell stays ( atleast for the 2 days i have tried). anybody else had this issue and overcome? please let me know. for now, I am just using the lid to transport the coffee to my desk, and drink it directly without the lid. an inconvenience, but at least i am happy that i would save the 464 paper cups in a year ( yes, i calculated the no of days i would work in a year )

Great little mug overall. It feels well made, keeps coffee warm, and the lid is convenient. My only complaint is that the 12 oz size is a bit too small for me

For me, tea just doesn't taste the same in metal or plastic travel mugs. This ceramic mug can be used both at home and while walking or driving. The silicon lid fits well but does not provide a complete seal (has small driking hole). The lid does prevent splashing/spilling in the car or when walking. The silicon sleeve keeps the hot cup comforatble to hold.

I really loved this cup as it retained heat and fit correctly into the cup holder on my recliner. 95% of the time I wash dishes in the sink and put into the dishwasher to dry. Upon unloading the dishwasher last night, I had to wipe up what looked like coffee spills in the dishwasher. This morning I grab my mug and it was dirty. Every time I washed it, coffee kept spewing from it. A fine line crack goes up the inside and coffee-colored liquid keeps coming out. Totally weird. I threw my lovely mug in the trash even though it was only a few weeks old.

Glass doesn't appear double walled. It didn't retain the heat of my hot drink. It's too hot to hold. They delivered it without its sleeve. I applied for a return because it's missing the sleeve. I have to pay for the return which costs basically as much as the glass. This product isn't performing as how it was advertised to. It should be removed from Amazon or advertised correctly.

This was a replacement for my go-to travel mug that got broken. It is just what I hoped it would be ! Im especially pleased with the easy to use , good fitting lid, that is nice to drink from …yay! Coffee on the road again 🥰
